Teresa DeJesus Morales, 80 of Millville went home to be with the Lord on Sunday at the Inspira Medical Center after an extended illness. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, she had grown up in Brooklyn, NY, and had lived in Millville for over 30 years.

 

Teresa had worked in housekeeping for over 17 years in Atlantic City, NJ, first with the Trump Plaza, and then retiring from Caesar’s Casino. She enjoyed cooking and always wore a smile. Teresa had a wonderful sense of humor, and loved spending time with her grandbabies and great grandchildren.

 

She is survived by: daughters, Annie Vazquez, Teresa Gonzalez, Migdalia Garcia and Idaila Vazquez; sons, Carlos Vazquez, Jose M. Vazquez, Pedro L. Vazquez, David Vazquez, and Ramon Vazquez; 87 grandchildren, 62 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. Teresa was pre deceased by; daughters, Rosa Vazquez, and Carmen M. Vazquez; son, Jose A. Vazquez.

 

Services and viewings will be held at the Alpha & Omega Fountain of Liberation Church on Tuesday from 4pm to 10pm, and again on Wednesday at the church from 8am until 11am.
